We specialise in high quality caterers with locally sourced food and individual arts and craftspeople that bring the highest standards to all our events. Our carefully compiled database of stallholders will bring excellence to any event and help create a special ambience.
If you are interested, please send details of what you want to sell including a picture of your stand or stall using our registry form.
How does it work?
You need to register with us first to get an ID number.
Then simply apply for any of our events quoting this ID number and we will contact you to confirm acceptance of your booking together with how to pay your fees.

You will need to provide your own stall, lighting, table and equipment for trading.
You will be sent all the relevant details a week prior to the event via email.
You will need to report to the market manager, who will show you to your pitch. Directions to the site will be in the “Setup details” email.

All vehicles will need to be parked away from your stall except if your vehicle is a main part of your stall.
Sorry - But we are not able to give refunds. Please consider this before booking the event.
Can I have the same pitch as last year? If I have traded with you before will I be prioritised for pitches?
Yes if available. We value all of our traders. Previous traders will be required to supply contact details and an ID number from a previous event you traded at and what you sold.
No. All fees must be paid in advance please.
There will be an additional charge for electricity which is limited to
certain events only. Electrical equipment must have a current PAT
certificate. Full electrical instructions will be provided where
applicable. Generators are not permitted at any event.
