BEAUTIFUL BARS are a special mobile service that can set up almost anywhere, anytime and provide the best service with friendly and personable staff serving great drinks and cocktails.

The Bars
We have large or small bars that can be decorated in any number of ways to suit your taste and colour theme by bringing a professional touch to your event. We are based in Saltash, Cornwall so we can easily get to anywhere in Devon or Cornwall.

The Drinks
We can provide almost any type of draught or bottled beer, cider, spirits and of course a large selection of wine from sparkling champagne and cava to smooth reds and cool whites to suit your taste and your budget. Please contact us for a full price list of all draught and bottled beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Our staff can operate in all situations from mixing cocktails to personal attention with a table service. We will supply all glassware.

The Cost
In order to make your party go with a swing we can run the bar in three different ways:

1. Cash bar. As a normal bar would run, with us supplying all the necessary barrels and bottles, glasses and getting the license organised too. No other costs involved.
   
2. Free bar. We supply everything and ring up the drinks on our till. This could go up to a certain value or time of night and you pay us at the end. Once we get close to budget (money you’ve put behind the bar), we’d come over to you and let you know that we are almost out of money, at this point you can either put more money behind the bar or we can switch to a pay bar, the pay bar means that your guests would then be paying for drinks from that point on. By operating a free bar this way, you have overall control of the amount of money you spend on the night. We will require a deposit for this option and a license would also be necessary
3. You buy all the drinks wholesale and we serve them to your guests, returning to you what’s left at the end of the night. Again there’s a deposit needed for this option and we would also charge a service fee depending on the number of guests you have

Rest assured whichever option you go for the whole idea is that you can forget about the worry of doing a bar as we will take all the hassle off your shoulders and organise everything!

Organising
We can set the whole thing up for you, apply for a license and advise on how to proceed with the local authority or health and safety and risk assessments if required.
